Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a trained spiritual companion/guide for the purpose of deepening one's spiritual life and to reflect on and grow in one's relationship with the divine. The person seeking direction shares stories, experiences, challenges, issues, and joys of his or her spirituality and understanding of the divine. The director listens and asks questions to aid in a process of deepening reflection and spiritual growth.
