Albert became a staff member at Pastoral Counseling Services of the South Shore in May 2020. He is a graduate of Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia with a master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling.

As an ordained minister for 43 years and a pastor for 17 years, he has had diverse experience with people in many settings. During those years as an ordained minister, he has provided counseling in the areas of pre-marital counseling, marriage and family counseling, depression, anxiety, anger management, and substance abuse-related issues. Albert has a passion for helping people achieve workable and healthy solutions to their issues through compassionate therapeutic and empathetic interventions.​
